Chairman of the Architectural Commission of the Council announced:
The exterior of the buildings of a city represents the identity of that city and the legacy of the architectural tradition of that country. Tehran's old buildings are once again destroyed, and new buildings have nothing to do with Iranian and Islamic architecture.

 Mohammad Salari, the head of the commission for the construction of architecture and urban planning in the city council of Tehran. He, like many other urban planners, believes that Tehran has "anomalies in the urban landscape" and that its Iranian and Islamic identity has been threatened.

 According to him, in recent years, "no specific rules and regulations have been drafted by decision-makers such as the City Council and the Municipality and the Ministry of Roads and Urban Planning" for the construction of the city in Iran.

 Salariy said that while the municipality has serious interventions in the interior spaces of buildings that have a private space for the people, and the dimensions of the windows and lightings and the location of the interior spaces are "indifferent to the view of the buildings, which is the public's view of the city and the public right of the people."

 The head of the Urban Architecture and Urbanism Commission of the Tehran City Council believes that "there was no room for an overview of the building in the licensing system that is currently being implemented in the Tehran municipality." All maps, including structures and architecture, are being reviewed, but the building's profile was not examined.

 Salari noted the formation of the Architectural and Urban Planning Commission and said that after the formation of the commission, during the negotiations, the Tehran Municipality was required to create a position in the licensing system, and since the beginning of the year 93, this position has been created.

 But this is not enough, and on this basis a 2-urgent plan was approved and the "Tehran municipality was required to submit a set of rules and regulations for review and approval to the City Council", which the Council is awaiting for the bill in the coming weeks.

 The head of the city council of architecture and urban planning committee of Tehran believes that "the building can not be integrated into the building" and the subject is subject to content discussions, and the views of urban planners and architects are different, but the commission, with the assistance of the Deputy Director of Urban Planning of the Tehran Municipality, "a number of positive and negative criteria "Which will be communicated to the municipality within a month of the next.

 The salary for the implementation of this project also refers to the cooperation of the Organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran. According to him, several meetings with the engineering organization have been held and the organization has committed pastoral violations like any other construction violations.
